Delivery & Returns

We currently post our items to UK mainland only.  For special requests outside of UK mainland and express delivery enquiries please email [email protected]

An order confirmation email will be sent to you after your order has been processed and a separate email will be sent to notify you of your order being dispatched.

Please note - There will be no paper receipt inside your order - we are committed to caring for the environment so are trying to reduce our usage. Please email us if you would specifically like a paper copy of your order details.

Your order may arrive in recycled packaging, as we try to reuse boxes from our suppliers. This is a great way of reducing our waste and keeping P&P costs lower for you.

We aim to get your orders to you within 7 working days. During busy periods please allow up to 10 working days.

Large items may have longer delivery timescales.  An estimated delivery date will be provided once your order is confirmed

It is your responsibility to check that the items that you have ordered will fit into your home prior to delivery. If your item is large then check that it can pass freely through doors and corridors and have space to turn.

Change-of-mind Returns. All items to be returned must be in fully resalable condition in their original packaging.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order in which to make a return. To make a return please contact our Team by email [email protected]

We will refund an item within 14 days after receiving the order back to our warehouse.

You will not be refunded for the delivery charge and will be responsible for any return postage. We would strongly advise that all items are well packaged and insured as we will not be able to process a return refund for goods that are damaged or lost by the courier.

All refunds will be made to the original method of payment, 

You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. 

If the item has not been returned in fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or to deduct up to 100% of the original selling price from the refund amount. 

Damaged (On Arrival)

We carefully check our products before they leave our processing centre, on rare occasions the products may be damaged in transit. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email to [email protected]. We will ask you to email a photograph of the damage and describe the issue.

Please note that without the correct information and imagery, within the 48 hours timeframe, we will be unable to investigate the issue. Once we have received the returned item, a replacement (stock dependent) will be arranged at our expense.

Faulty (Within 30 Days)

Faults are where the product is not fit for its intended purpose. (If your item is found to be damaged on delivery, please refer to our damaged section). 

We carefully check our products before they leave our processing centre, on rare occasions we may have missed a fault during these checks. Should your product be found to be faulty please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will ask you to email a photograph of the fault and describe the fault. 

Please note that without the correct information and imagery we will not be able to investigate the issue. 

Tolerance Products

Our natural based homeware products will have their own individual characteristics and natural marks. Differences in the grain, texture and colour may be apparent from one product to another. Bert & Stella selects only the highest quality; some marking is inevitable and should be accepted as part of the individual natural appearance of our furniture.
